Ever since I started PINK my days have changed a ton! Today I started out the day with 1 fried egg and a piece of spouted grain, gluten free bread. My lunch consisted of 4 oz of grilled chicken and a cup of mashed cauliflower, which was surprisingly yummy. I finished off my lunch with an apple. I sure do love when I get fruit!!! My plans for dinner consist of 4 oz extra lean ground turkey, salad w/low calorie dressing, and I am debating between and orange or a piece of gluten free bread. This diet was super tough at first and occasionally I really want something I can't have, but for the most part I am pretty proud of how well I am doing at sticking with this! Its definitely not cheap to eat this healthy, but I am sure the results are going to be worth it!!! I am so glad that I have finally realized how important it is to eat healthy. I want to be there for my children, so I need to keep myself healthy. I love how much my body is changing. As of today I am down 14 pounds and have 25 more to go! I am looking forward to seeing the skinny me before the year is over!

YEY me!!!
I just finished my 1st week of phase one. On this diet you stay on each phase for 3 weeks. I am down 13 pounds wahooo! I love the fact that people have started to notice. I can definitely tell a difference when I look in the mirror. It is so nice to feel like I am gaining my confidence back. My energy is increasing by a ton too! LOVE IT!
Lately, the hardest part has been the headaches. I have been getting KILLER headaches almost daily. I am not one of those people who gets headaches often so this is kind of new to me. I have increased how much water I am drinking and am hoping this will helps because its super hard to get much done with a headache this bad ugh! I am just still trying to figure out what works best for me when it comes to this diet. Many women on this diet get headaches and they say that part of the reason is because of the huge switch in the food we are consuming. Hopefully, I will solve this problem soon! Other than that, I am LOVING P.I.N.K!!!

Phase One BEGINS!
I just started Phase one yesterday. I have lost a total of 11 pounds so far and am looking forward to loosing a bunch more! Phase one is pretty different from the reset. During the reset I was not supposed to workout and I didn't get to eat many calories. Now I work out for at least 30 mins every day and I get a few more calories. I get to eat fruit with my meals, which is awesome. I never realized how much I love fruit and bread until I couldn't eat them haha. Today I did strength training, core and leg work! The workouts are tough, but I can feel them working and I can see my body changing which keeps me going! I am going to be taking before pictures soon so that I can look back at them and see the difference! Skinny me here I come!

My GOALS!
1. Loose 39 lbs total!!!
2. Gain my love for running back!!!
3. Gain my confidence back! (be able to go shopping for clothes and look in the mirror without being disgusted by what I see)
4. Build a healthy life style now so that as I have more children I can be the kind of mom that plays with them instead of the mom that just sits and watches because she doesn't have the confidence to play.
5. Be the cute little house wife my husband deserves!!!

Getting Started!!!
I am creating this blog as kind of a journal of my progress. I am also hoping that this blog will help other ladies that are in a similar situation to me get motivated to get going and loose weight and get healthy!!! I started the P.I.N.K. diet yesterday. PINK stands for Power, Intensity, Nutrition, Kardio. So far I am really enjoying this diet. I love the fact that this diet is specifically designed for women and is a very healthy diet. Right now I am in the Reset, which lasts for 3 to 14 days based on how much you want to loose. I am staying on the reset for 14 days. The reset phase consists of having a smoothie for breakfast, 4 oz of meat for each lunch and dinner and unlimited veggies throughout the day. After weighing myself yesterday and then this morning I have already lost 4 pounds. Looking forward to keeping up the hard work.
